Buy Grapeseed Oil
VERY new to essential oils…need some guidance!?
This is my list of essential oils I’d like to purchase tomorrow:
-Jasmine
-Eucalyptus
-Lavender
-Ylang Ylang
-Chamomile
-Neroli
-Rose
The purpose of them would be for the scent and including them in my baths to relieve tension and other things.
I’m wondering, which would be the best carrier oil for me to use? I have a list of Grapeseed, sunflower, sweet almond and camellia. Of course, I don’t want to get all of them. Just one or maybe two. But, which would be the best to mix with the essential oils for using as perfume?
Also, if I bought each essential oil on my list, plus one of the carrier oils, how much would that likely cost me? I have absolutely NO idea how much this stuff costs! I obviously don’t want a cheap, bad quality oil…
Great choices. Chamomile is very nice and i agree… so is Neroli. I personally like grapeseed and sweet almond oil as carrier oils. It is best to keep in dark glass bottles, the dark brown or cobalt blue. Do not store your mixed essential oils in plastic containers for long periods of time. Carrier oils vary from $5.00-$12.00 depending on the brand and how many ounces. Jasmine is usually around $7 or $8. Eucalyptus around $3 or $4. Lavender around $5-$10. Ylang Ylang around $10. Chamomile around $12-$20. Neroli is the most expensive on your list. I think i paid around $20 or $30 for small bottle. Rose is also another expensive one around $25. EO can be very expensive but are so worth it. To the other poster, i haven’t heard this of lavender. I will definately have to look into that, interesting. Good luck.
