Is this a good diet plan?

Breakfeast- 1 egg with 1 tsp of ketchup
lunch- light progresso soup
snack- some type of fruit
dinner- salad with Balsamic viniger

excersise is a 2 mile walk

all adds up to around 500 calories

i am 15 and overweight and i dont believe this is unhealthy but wondering if this is a good diet plan

my goal is to loose 40 pounds in 2 months

any suggestions

sounds healthy to me. but add in some meat to get protein and u should be able to reach ur goal. good luck
