Challenge: what’s a nice cocktail using Balsamic vinegar?
I have some cinnamon-pear balsamic vinegar. VERY TASTY.
What would make a nice cocktail that would use this balsamic vinegar?
I’ve seen a recipe for a martini but that wasn’t so inspiring.

the bartenders sometimes clean the glasses whit balsamic, but i don`t know if you can put balsamic inside the cocktail
